FlexyPoly is an independent platform developing privacy-first relational intelligence tools. Agent ARIEL is the core web application within this ecosystem, designed for neurodivergent individuals and people navigating complex, multi-partner relationship dynamics.

2. Data we do not collect
Agent ARIEL requires account access to use certain features. Our account model is designed to minimize identity exposure and avoid unnecessary personal profiling. We do not require unnecessary public-facing identity details, and we do not maintain emotional records or behavioral dossiers beyond what is operationally necessary to provide the service.
- No unnecessary names, email addresses, or phone numbers for basic access
- No conversation logs stored as permanent personal history beyond what is strictly necessary for service operation
- No biometric data
- No precise location data
- No behavioral profiling
2A. Payment and compliance data
In some cases, limited billing or transaction-related information may be required to process payments and comply with applicable legal or tax obligations. For example, PIX or other payment methods may require identifiers such as CPF or related payment validation data.
When such data is required, we aim to collect only what is necessary for payment processing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We do not use this information for advertising profiling.
3. Local storage
Some preferences, temporary continuity data, or device-side interaction context may be stored in your browser's LocalStorage to improve continuity and reduce unnecessary server-side retention. Where LocalStorage is used, that information remains on your device unless a specific service function requires transmission.
You can remove browser-stored data at any time through your browser settings (Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Site data).
4. Analytics and performance data
FlexyPoly may use privacy-conscious infrastructure analytics, including Cloudflare Web Analytics, to understand performance, uptime, and aggregate traffic patterns. We aim to avoid invasive behavioral tracking and do not use analytics for advertising profiling.
We do not use advertising trackers such as Meta Pixel to build behavioral marketing profiles.
5. Cookies
FlexyPoly does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a technically necessary cookie for security and performance purposes. No cookie consent banner is required because we do not set non-essential cookies.
6. Third-party services
FlexyPoly is deployed on infrastructure providers that may process technical connection data such as IP address, request headers, and security-related metadata as part of normal network operations. This may include providers such as Cloudflare. Third-party providers process this information under their own applicable privacy terms.
We do not share data with advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party analytics providers.
7. Children's privacy
FlexyPoly is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information through our service, contact us at hello @ flexypoly.com and we will take appropriate action.
